 Technical responsibility: Define Plan and Method to ensure product usability in Petrobras.
 Development of GAP’s for Peoplesoft CRM 8.9
 Development of report, procedures, training, integration, workflow and others for Peoplesoft CRM 8.9
 Complete set up of Peoplesoft CRM 8.9
 Responsible to quality assurance of all the development code to the product, including tests and project migration.
